摘要微波限幅器是一种自控衰减器,是一种功率调制器件。当信号输入功率较小时无衰减通过,当输入功率增大到超过某一值时,衰减会迅速增大,这一功率值称为门限电平,输入功率超过门限电平后,输出功率不再增加。实际工作中,限幅器基本上都是为整机需要而专门设计的。常用于微波扫频信号源或相位检测系统中,使输出信号幅度保持稳定。61687
本文首先对微波限幅器的设计方法进行了分析,并重点介绍了PIN二极管理论,然后结合ADS软件进行仿真并对结果进行了分析。文章重点在于ADS软件的仿真以及数据的对比。最后,通过对接收机保护技术的历史与现状的介绍了解了除了微波限幅器以外其他的保护技术。

Title Effect of HPM on Microwave Filter
Abstract Microwave limiting device is a kind of automatic control attenuator, is a kind of power modulator. When the input power signal is small without attenuation through, when the input power increases to more than a certain value, the attenuation increases quickly, the power value is called the threshold level, the input power exceeds the threshold level, the output power is no longer increasing. Practice, a limiter are basically for the machine needs to be specially designed. Often used in microwave frequency sweep signal source or phase detection system, make the output signal amplitude is stable.
This paper on the design method of microwave limiting device is analyzed, and the key theory of PIN diode are introduced, and then combined with the ADS software simulation and the results are analyzed. Articles focus on the ADS software simulation, and data contrast. Finally, through the introduction to the history and present situation of receiver protection technology understood except microwave limiting device protection technology.
