摘要：在媒体竞争日益激烈的情况下，各家媒体为了迎合受众的收听、收视心理，不择手段的去捕获新闻的独家报道，在社会上形成了极坏的影响。伴随着现代媒介技术的日益发展，新闻报道的方式越来越多，尤其是隐形采访等特殊采访方式的运用，新闻报道侵犯公众人物隐私权的现象也就愈演愈烈。本文通过对新闻报道侵犯公众人物隐私权现象的研究，分析总结了新闻报道侵犯公众人物隐私权的主要原因，如：媒介迎合公众窥探名人隐私的心理、新闻记者职业道德修养不高、媒体疯狂追逐“眼球经济”、法律监管机制不健全等。并针对新闻报道侵犯公众人物隐私权的问题提出一些有针对性的解决措施，如：记者应该提高职业道德水平、媒体应该正视自己的社会责任、健全法律监管制度和措施。24638

On News report’s invasion of public figures’ privacy
Abstract：Under the background of increasing fierce competition among media, in order to cater to the target audience’s acceptance and gain high audience ratings, the media tend to capture the exclusive reports in an illegal way, causing side effects on society. With the high-speed development of modern media technology, there are more and more ways of news coverage especially the application of some special means, such as covert coverage. So, the phenomena of the news coverage’s invasion of public figures’ privacy are becoming more and more serious. This paper analyzes and sums up the main reasons that can expound why the news coverage would invade the public figures’ privacy by the research carried out on the phenomena. For example, the media’s eagerness to cater to the target audiences’ curiosity about the celebrities’ privacy, the journalists’ low occupation morality, the media’s craze for “Eyeball Economy”, the unsoundness of legal supervision mechanism, etc. Besides, this paper will also come up with some specific solutions aiming at the phenomena of the news coverage’s invasion of public figures’ privacy. For example, the journalists should elevate their occupation morality, the media should face up to their social responsibilities squarely, and our government should improve and perfect the legal supervision mechanism and the corresponding measures.

新闻报道侵犯公众人物隐私权现象研究
随着法制教育的不断普及，人们的法制意识不断提高，隐私权逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。然而，竞争日益激烈的大众媒体，以创造更多的收入，满足公众的信息需求和其他种类的好奇心，使得媒介对公众人物的关注日益密切。媒体为了迎合公众的收听、收视心理，不惜动用一切办法去获取公众人物的私人信息，对一些事情或者人物进行过度报道，导致事实严重失真。或者是媒体对于部分新闻事件或与公众人物相关的新闻实情集体不语或者披露不足，隐瞒事实真相，导致公民的知情权无法获得满足。由此产生的“告记者”和“名人官司”越来越多，并且愈演愈烈。怎么解决新闻报道与公众人物隐私权的矛盾成为当下亟待解决的问题之一。
