摘要无论是在芭蕾舞中还是古典舞、民族舞中,半脚尖旋转都是很突出的一个舞蹈技巧,它的表现力决定了舞者的技艺水准,同时也是舞蹈的灵魂动作。舞者要做到舞蹈中有故事,故事中有艺术,“人舞合一”是舞蹈中最高境界,这个过程由舞蹈的技巧和编排以及舞者的神韵完美的配合来完成,半脚尖乃人之足、舞之根,也是舞者能否表达出更深远的情感的考核标准。发挥舞之精神,创新舞蹈形式,突出时代感,让观众融会贯通,享受艺术带来的感官盛宴。49188
本文研究了半脚尖在旋转中的重要性,从古典舞角度出发,分析半脚尖在古典舞中的作用及半脚尖在古典舞中的基础训练——蹲、站、立、开等旋转要点。以《爱莲说》为例,加强对舞者的训练要求,从而提高舞蹈的技艺水平,并对舞蹈进行了赏析,启发古典舞艺术创新构想,使旋转技术的价值更多的体现在舞蹈的训练和作品中。

(一)古典舞的由来与概念
古典舞创立于五十年代,之所以一度被一些人称作“戏曲舞蹈”。是因为它本身就是介于戏曲与舞蹈之间的混合物,称它为戏曲,它已去掉了戏曲中最重要的唱与念;说它是舞蹈,它还大量保持着戏曲的原态,也就是说古典舞还未完全从戏曲中蜕变出来,是在继承传统舞蹈的基础上,体现古典文化精神。中国古典舞作为我国舞蹈艺术中的一个类别,是在传统舞蹈的基础上,经过历代专业工作者提炼、整理、加工、创造,并经过较长时期艺术实践的检验流传下来的,并且具有一定典范意义的和古典风格特色的舞蹈。
