摘要:目的:了解蚂蟥生殖周期性类固醇激素的相关变化规律。方法:运用酶解、萃取以及Uplc-Ms/Ms检测蚂蟥生殖周期中4种性类固醇激素。结果:蚂蟥雌三醇含量自4月龄逐渐上升,5月龄急速上升,6月龄达到最大值,7月龄急速下降,,8月龄又上升至极大值,之后逐渐下降;蚂蟥的雌酮的变化趋势基本和雌三醇变化趋势相同,5月龄开始明显的上升,在6月龄达到最大值,7月龄急速下降,8月龄又上升至极大值,之后逐渐下降;蚂蟥的睾丸酮3-6月龄缓慢上升,6-9月龄缓慢下降,9月龄含量达到最小值,之后极速上升,在11月龄达到了最大值;蚂蟥的黄体酮除了1、4、9、11四个月龄外均处于较大值,10月龄为最大值,11月龄快速下降至最小值。结论:6月龄的蚂蟥雌性激素含量达到最大值,10月龄蚂蟥孕激素含量达到最大值,10-11月龄的蚂蟥雄性激素急速上升达到最大值,蚂蟥性类固醇激素同步于性腺分化。29697

A preliminary study on the changes of periodic steroid hormones in Whitmania pigra Whitman
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the changes of periodic steroid hormones in Whitmania pigra. Methods: Four kinds of steroid hormones were detected by enzymolysis, extraction and Uplc-Ms / Ms in the Whitmania pigra germination cycle. Results: The content of Whitmania pigra increased gradually from 4 months of age, and reached the maximum at 6 months. The 7-month-old decreased rapidly, and then increased to the maximum at 8 months, then decreased gradually. The trend of ketone was the same as that of estriol, and the increase of 5-month-old was the highest at 6 months. The 7-month-old decreased rapidly, and the age of 8 months increased to the maximum value, and then decreased gradually. Testosterone 3 - 6 months of age rose slowly, 6 - 9 months of age decreased slowly, 9 - month - old content reached the minimum, after the rapid rise in 11 months to reach the maximum; Whitmania pigra progesterone in addition to 1,4,9,11 Four months are outside the larger, 10 months of age for the maximum, 11 months of rapid decline to a minimum. Conclusion: 6 months of Whitmania pigra lethal estrogen content reached its maximum, 10 months of Whitmania pigra progesterone content reached its maximum, 10-11 months of Whitmania pigra male hormone rapid rise to the maximum, Whitmania pigra steroid hormone synchronization in the gonadal differentiation.

引言
蚂蟥为环节动物门蚂蟥科动物蚂蟥(Whitmania pigra Whitman)的干燥全体[1],又称宽体金钱蛭[2]随着市场的发展,中成药及保健产品中以蚂蟥为原料的药品和保健品日渐增多,蚂蟥的野生资源日益枯竭,导致蚂蟥的价格不断飙升,因此蚂蟥的人工养殖工作已受到业界高度重视。
