    摘要:奥拉帕尼化学名是1-(环丙甲酞基)4-[5-[(3,4-二氢4氧代-1-酞嗪基)甲基]-2氟苯甲酰哌嗪。奥拉帕尼为一种全新的口服聚腺普二磷酸酷核糖聚合酶抑制剂,奥拉帕尼是利用DNA修复途径中的缺陷,优先去杀死癌细胞。同时又可以增强放疗和烷化剂以及铂类药物的化疗疗效。奥拉帕尼的研究目前正处于临床的Ⅱ期,它是主要被用在治疗乳腺癌基因一号或二号的基因突变癌中。42337

    本实验用有机合成的方法合成奥拉帕尼,首先通过对奥拉帕尼的结构进行解析,运用逆合成分析法将奥拉帕尼的合成分成四步,有机合成法合成奥拉帕尼产率优异且反应条件易于施行,是较为理想的合成方法。
