摘要滚动轴承作为机械行业中最为常见的标准件之一,在机械领域的生产中一直被广泛的应用。而作为最为普通的一种滚动轴承,深沟球轴承的装配游隙的控制显得极为重要。随着我国机械行业的不断发展,过去的那种手工式低效的检测手段已经越来越无法满足机械生产提高效率的需求,所以开发一套低成本,高效率,高精度的自动化轴承参数检测仪器成为实际生产的迫切需要。
本文在了解当前国内外深沟球轴承内沟道直径检测常用方法的基础上,借鉴了国内外自动检测相关技术,分析了深沟球轴承在线自动检测的实际功能需求后提出了一套以比较法测量为原理,基于可编程控制技术的深沟球轴承内圈沟道直径测量系统。35253
本文首先介绍了深沟球轴承内圈沟道检测的机械系统结构设计,主要包括进料装置,气动推进装置,测量装置及支承部分。
根据深沟球轴承内圈沟道直径检测的需求,本文完成了测控系统硬件的选择,介绍了软件的部分流程。测控系统主要包括测量系统动作控制,沟道直径检测和PLC工控机的I/O接口三部分。

Abstract
As one of the most common standard parts in mechanical industry, rolling bearing has been widely used in the field of machinery. As one of the most common rolling bearings, control the assembly clearance of deep groove ball bearings is very important. With the continuous development of China's machinery industry, past the kind of manual inefficient means of detection has become increasingly unable to meet the demand to improve the efficiency of the machinery for the production of the, so the development of a set of low-cost, high efficiency, high-precision automatic bearing parameters detection equipment become an urgent need for real production.
This paper on the deep understanding of the current domestic and foreign deep groove ball bearings channel diameter detection methods based on, draw lessons from the domestic and foreign automatic detection technology, analysis of the deep groove ball bearing online automatic detection of the actual functional requirements put forward a to compare the measurement principle, the programmable control technology of deep groove ball bearing inner ring raceway diameter measurement system based on.
In this paper, we first introduce the mechanical system structure design of deep groove ball bearing inner ring channel detection, mainly including feeding device, the pneumatic propulsion device, measuring device and a supporting part.
According to the demand of deep groove ball bearing inner ring raceway diameter detection, the selection of hardware monitoring and control system, introduces the software part of the process. The measurement and control system mainly includes three parts, the measurement system operation control, the channel diameter detection and the I/O interface of PLC industrial computer.
