摘要不锈钢管卡压式连接技术是近年来出现的一种发展极快的新型连接方式。因其所具有的诸多优点,而受到厂商的青睐。然而国内卡压连接技术起步较晚,较为落后,尤其是关于不锈钢管卡压力的检测研究较少,故对于卡压力测试系统的设计与开发有很大意义。49055
本文首先阐述了不锈钢管卡压连接技术和虚拟仪器技术的现状及以后的发展趋势,探讨了卡压连接的工艺技术以及虚拟仪器、LabVIEW的相关知识;然后在对不锈钢管卡压力测试台的结构有了充分了解后,根据实际需要和经济考虑选择了合适的元器件,并依此给出了数据采集系统的电器原理图与接线图。最后使用NI 公司的LabVIEW软件设计并开发了不锈钢管卡压力测试台的数据采集子系统,给出了系统的前面板和程序框图。该系统具有传感器标定、实时采集、压力曲线绘制、显示最大值和最小值及报表生成等功能。

Abstract Press connection technique for the stainless steel tube is a new connection mode which develops very rapidly in recent years.This connection mode is favored by the manufacturers because of its numerous advantages. However, press connection technique in China starts relatively late and comparatively backward,especially the study on detection of stainless steel pressfitting.So it is significant to design and develop stainless steel tube pressure test system.
This paper describes the status and future development trade of stainless steel pressfitting technology and virtual instrument technology firstly.This paper also discusses the technology of press connection and the related knowledge of virtual instrument and LabVIEW; Then select the proper elements according to actual need and economic consideration,based on the full understanding of stainless steel tube pressure test bench's structure.The electrical appliance diagram and wiring diagram is given,too. Finally,design and develope the data acquisition subsystem of stainless steel tube pressure test bench using National Instruments' software LabVIEW .The front panel and block diagram is given.The system has many functions such as sensor calibration, real time collection,pressure curve drawing,maximum and minimum value showing,report generation.
