摘要滚珠丝杠副作为机械传动与定位的首选部件,其寿命指标对机床的加工性能具有重要意义。 根据目前滚珠丝杠副命寿试验台的结构,论文阐述了滚珠丝杠副疲劳寿命测量原理。通过对此原理的分析,明确测量参数建了,搭试验台整体结构,模拟实际加载状况。构建了由控制模块、测试模块以及采集系统组成的测控系统。以工控计算机为核心,由固高运动控制卡控制伺服电机实现丝杠的往复运动,同时用电涡流制动器进行丝杠的模拟加载。测试模块由载荷、温度,噪声,振动等传感器组成,采集模块由数据采集卡构成。通过对测控系统各部分的硬件设计及选型,为进行滚珠丝杠副寿命试验提供了硬件基础。49457

Title Design of measurement and control system for the life test-bed of ball screw----- hardware system
Abstract
Ball screw pair, which is first choice parts for mechanical transmission and location, its life index is of great significance for machine tool processing performance . According to the mechanical structure of the Ball screw pair test-bed, this paper describes the principle of measuring the fatigue life of ball screw pairs.Through the analysis of this principle, and explicating measurement parameters, the whole structure of the test bed is set up and is used to simulate the actual loading conditions.The measurement and control system, which is composed of control module, test module and upper computer, is constructed.Taking industrial control computer as the core, the reciprocating motion of the lead screw is realized by the control servo motor with the high motion control card.At the same time, the eddy current brake is used to simulate the load of the lead screw.
The test module is composed of load, temperature, noise, vibration and other sensors.The acquisition module consists of data acquisition card .The hardware design and selection of each part of the measurement and control system , which provides a hardware foundation for the life test of the ball screw.
