摘要当今社会快速发展的同时,化石能源的燃烧所产生大量的有害气体,如CO2,SO2等也在污染破坏着社会环境。目前,减少大气中CO2浓度的一条有效途径是对CO2的捕集和封存。同时,对于天然气净化、合成氨、合成甲醇和制氢过程中也需要对CO2进行脱除。61699
在现有的许多捕集分离CO2的技术中,吸附分离法由于具有设备简单、操作方便、分离成本较低等优点而被广泛地应用于CO2捕集。本文总结了CO2捕集与分离的主要技术与方法,并重点针对其中的化学吸附(收)分离法进行了讨论,分析了CO2吸附(收)剂的研究现状,讨论了金属氧化物吸附剂、水滑石类混合物、碱金属碳酸盐的性能特征及应用特性,为本课题的实验做了理论铺垫。
本实验采用浸渍法,对基于α-Al2O3负载碳酸钾吸附剂进行了多种不同质量分数的样品制备和性能研究。同时采用溶胶法制备了两种类型的水滑石。铜铝水滑石:比例分别为n(Cu) :n(Al )=7:3和n(Cu) :n(Al )=3:1的硝酸根型水滑石;钴铝水滑石:n(Co) :n(Al )=7:3和n(Co) :n(Al )=3:1的硝酸根型水滑石。

Title Study Of The Synthesis And Properties Of Co2 Solid Adsorbent
Abstract A lot of harmful gas generated by the combustion of fossil fuels such as CO2、SO2 etc. are destroying the social environment at the same time the rapid development of the society. At present, an effective way to reduce CO2 concentration in the atmosphere is the way of carbon capture and storage. On the other hand, for the purification of natural gas, synthetic ammonia, methanol and hydrogen production process also need capturing CO2.
In many existing technologies of CO2 capture and separation, adsorption and separation method, due to advantages of simple equipment,convenient operation, low cost and separation, is widely applied. This paper summarized the main technology and method of the CO2 capture and separation. And have focused on the chemical adsorption separation method and have studied of the current status of research on CO2 adsorbent.
And discussed the application properties of metal oxides adsorbent, HTlcs compound, alkali metal carbonate. In the resolt of a theoretical foundation of this topic experiment.
