摘要电力行业一直以来都是重点产业,是为其他各行各业提供能源的基础,其安全性,一直以来也被人们广泛关注。但是电力安全事故却仍然不时的出现和发生,其中由电力系统的第一线操作人员由于种种失误所引起的事故尤为突出,这不仅危害电力操作人员的生命财产安全,而且对社会经济和人民生活也造成了不可挽回的损失。但是对一线操作人员的电力安全培训教育,仍采用书本教学、观看教学录像和师傅现场演示指导,过去的陈旧的训练方式和培训手段已经不能满足现在由于电力规模日益增长而带来的安全事故。63894
本文首先综述了基于泓格模块的风险体验系统的总体设计思路和框架,然后从硬件和软件两个方面较详细的介绍了风险体验系统的设计过程。系统硬件方面分别介绍了系统的输入部分和输出部分的设计,系统软件主要实现了实时输入信号的检测和保存,风险事件的逻辑关系整理与判断,为电力系统一线操作人员的培训教育提供了一个很好的学习平台。

Title Power Gird Risk Experience System
Abstract Electrical safety has been focused by people, but the electrical safety accidents still sometimes appear and happen, and the accidents caused by the front-line operators are particularly prominent, it not only endangers the lives and property of the electrical operators, but also caused irreparable damage to socio-economic and people's lives . In the traditional sense, the ways of the training or educating the front-line operators in electrical safety are literary teaching, video teaching and watching the master’s live demonstrations. Such training or education is not only boring, but also the general effect ,and the impression is not deep.
This paper firstly summarizes the design ideas and the frame of the whole risk experience system ,then introduces the design process of the risk experience system from two aspects of hardware and software .System hardware respectively introduces the design in the system’s input part and output part, and system software mainly realizes the following functions:the real-time detection and preservation for the input signals; neatening and determining the logic relation of risk events; saving or reading the operating history in the database; the initial detection and display of the status of the hardware equipments; one computer can support multi-screen to display different pictures etc..
Through the on-site commissioning, the system of risk experience in electrical safety is running well, has achieved the expected design goal, and provides a good platform for the front-line electrical operators’ training and learning.
