摘要本论文首先分析了低温多效蒸馏法海水淡化原理及工艺过程,利用机理和实验建模的方法,给出了海水淡化主要装置(蒸发器、冷凝器、闪蒸罐)的数学模型,并建立了海水淡化过程液位、流量、温度控制的对象模型。然后以图形化编程语言LabVIEW为开发平台,设计了4500t/d低温多效蒸馏法海水淡化DCS仿真系统。该仿真系统不仅能够模拟低温多效海水淡化的开机、正常工作、正常停机、紧急停机过程,还能实现故障设置、PID控制参数设置、参数报警、监控点参数显示等功能。64283

Title Low temperature multi-effect desalination system’s Computer simulation design
Abstract
this paper analyzes the low-temperature multi-effect distillation desalination theory and process, gives the mathematical model of the major seawater desalination plant (evaporator, condenser, flash tank), establishes the model of control object (liquid level, flow, temperature) by using the mechanism and experimental model-building. Then, based on the graphical programming language LabVIEW, the 4500t/d low-temperature multi-effect distillation desalination DCS simulation training system is designed through using simulation technology. The simulation system not only simulates startup, normal shutdown, emergency shutdown, normal operation process of the low-temperature multi-effect desalination, but also achieves fault setting, PID control parameter setting, parameters alarming and parameters displaying of monitoring points.
