摘要:随着电力电子技术的发展、功率器件的革新、芯片集成化和电源模块化技术的深入,更小损耗、更加经济、更实用化的开关电源正在得到广泛应用。本文设计了一款单端反激式开关电源,主要介绍了开关电源的应用及发展趋势课题背景及研究意义,介绍了单端反激式开关电源原理;完成具体模块电路详细设计,包括整流电路设计、反激变换器电路设计、同步整流电路设计、高频变压器设计、EMI滤波及输出端滤波设计、控制电路设计和前级保护电路设计;合理选择、设计和分配了开关电源各电路参数;设计出电路原理图;通过软件对电路进行建模与仿真,验证了电源设计参数的合理性。65385

Abstract:With the development of power electronics technology, power device innovation, chip integration and in-depth supply modular technology, smaller loss, more economical, more practical switching power supply it is being widely used.This paper presents a single-ended flyback switching power supply,This article describes the application and development trend of switching power supplies, introduced a single-ended flyback switching power supply schematic; the completion of the detailed design of a specific module circuit, including the rectifier circuit design, circuit design flyback converter, synchronous rectification circuit design, high-frequency transformer design , EMI filter and an output terminal of the filter design, control circuit design and pre-protection circuit design; a reasonable choice, design and distribution of the switching power supply circuits parameters; design a circuit diagram; software for circuit modeling and simulation, verification of rationality of power supply design parameters;
