    摘要:针对传统RLC 参数测量仪器在测量电阻、电感、电桥等元件参数人工换挡调节不方便、测量精度低等不足加以改进,利用单片机结合相关电路设计电容、电感智能检测系统。对设计要求及功能进行了详细阐述,提出了完成该电容,电感,电阻构成的振荡电路实现对相关参数的测量,数据处理与功能控制利用单片机来实现,其中电阻和电容是采用555构成的多谐振荡电路来改变振荡频率,而电感则是利用电容三点式振荡电路来改变频率,并将振荡频率送入AT89C52的计数端,通过定时、计数等计算出被测频率,从而实现各个参数的测量。在电阻的测量电路中,我们把它分为两档来进行测量,并用单片机来驱动继电器以实现,有效提高了测量精度,实现了RLC参数测量的智能化、自动化水平。70624

    Abstract: in view of the traditional RLC parameter measurement instrument in measuring the resistance, inductance, bridge element parameters, such as manual shift regulation insufficient inconvenient and low measurement precision is improved, using the single chip microcomputer combined with the related circuit design can design scheme. System using electrical capacitance and inductance intelligent detection system. This paper expounds in detail to the design requirements and function, put forward to complete the work capacity and inductance and resistance of oscillation circuit to realize the measurement of relevant parameters, the function of data processing and control using single chip microcomputer to realize, the resistance and capacitance is much harmonic oscillation circuit, composed of 555 is used to change the oscillation frequency, and the inductance capacitance three-point oscillator circuit is used to change the frequency, and the oscillation frequency into the counting end of AT89C52, measured frequency calculated through timing, counting and so on, so as to realize the measurement of each parameter. In the measurement circuit of resistance, we pided it into two files to measure, to drive the relay and single chip microcomputer to realize, effectively improve the accuracy of measurement, to implement the intelligent of the RLC parameter measurement and automation level.
