最近一些年学者们提出了四文度结构,把学习目标定向分割为趋向学习目标定向和回避学习目标定向(Elliot和McGregor,2001)[18]。但是关于四文度结构的实证研究不多。本文选取的是三文度结构。
 目标定向的测量
    通过对文献总结,学者们开发了不同的目标定向测量量表。Midgley和Urdan(1998)开发了适应性学习模式量表,Pintrich(1993)开发了学习动机量表,但这些量表都普遍用于教育领域研究。
    另外,根据目标定向文度结构不同,开发的量表也不尽相同。目标定向的二文度量变主要选取Button(1996)、Van Yperen和Janssen(2002)开发的量表。Button(1996)开发的目标定向量表共16个题项,每个文度8个题项。Van Yperen和Janssen(2002)的目标定向量表一共19个题项,其中绩效目标定向8个题项,学习目标定向11个题项[19]。
    对三文度目标定向的测量,目前采用较多的是VandeWalle(1997)开发的量表[20],考虑到本次研究对象为我国企业员工,为了符合我国国情,本研究本量表采用了我国学者陈银锋(2013)自行开发的量表,其基础是在Vande Walle等人构建的三文度目标定向的基础上,参考Nicholls等(1988)、Vande Walle(1997)、李晓东和张炳松(2001)和刘慧君等(2006)等国内外学者开发的量表。1—5为学习目标定向;6—10为证实绩效目标定向;11—15为回避绩效目标定向。
