摘要：“五四指示”发表后，华中局于1945年在中央的指示下成立，一直指导着华中解放区的土地改革。虽成果显著，但也不乏出现各种问题，例如地主占好田、多占田，中农、富裕农民和工商业者的利益受到侵犯，土地纠纷、产权未定，还有由于国共两党的利益冲突，使得土地改革的矛盾有所转变，而这些问题的出现一直困扰着土地改革的进行。因此，为了更好地推行土地改革，土地复查应运而生。从1945年解放战争开始到新中国成立，土地复查经历了三个过程，由最初的调查、统计到摸清家底，到最后制定出正确的操作方法。这段时期的土地复查产生了积极影响，为后来的土地复查提供了借鉴。55027

1、选题意义
