摘要 近年来,针对北极地区的研究项目越来越多,越来越多的国家积极地进行北极事务研究活动。中国也从保护北极环境、北极航道利用、北极资源开发等多方面参与北极事务。 目前,在进行北极区域的研究应用中,国内主要使用的是MODIS数据产品。但是,我国也有自己的卫星数据,我国的风云三号卫星是气象卫星,可以获取北极区域的影像数据。不同的数据对北极的监测效果是偏差的,对之后的深入研究也会产生一定的影响。MODIS 数据是目前应用最广的产品,因此,我们将我国的风云三号C 星的中分辨率遥感成像仪 MERSI数据与MODIS 数据进行比较。 卫星接收的地面位置信息是经纬度信息,需要经过投影转换将接收到的经纬度信息变成坐标信息再进行比较。MODIS 数据的投影方式是极射赤平投影,由于极射赤平投影在极地方面的研究得到了良好的结果,故本文采用极射赤平投影。 首先,用 IDL自定义的投影函数库,将MERSI数据的经纬度信息投影转换成坐标值信息,根据坐标值信息进行双线性插值,并且与 MODIS 数据比较。通过比较,我们可以得出我国卫星数据的精度,在此基础上,分析我国数据在北极区域的应用。 37426

China protects the arctic environment, arctic channel utilization, the arctic resources development aspects involved in the arctic. At present, in the arctic area research applications, the country's main products are using the MODIS data. But, our country also has its own satellite data, is FY3C meteorological satellite, can obtain the arctic regions of the image data. Due to the different data in the arctic is a deviation, the effect of the monitoring for later study will also produce certain effect. MODIS data is the most widely used products, therefore, We will use our FY3C-MERSI data comparing with MODIS data. The satellite receiving ground information is longitude and latitude information, need to receive the longitude and latitude information through the projection into coordinate information to compare. Projection method of MODIS data was stereographic polar projection, stereographic polar projection in polar research obtained good results. This paper adopts stereographic polar projection. Frist, using IDL custom projection function library, transforms the longitude and latitude information projection of MERSI data into coordinates information, based on the bilinear interpolation coordinates information, and compared with the MODIS data. Through the comparison, we can draw the precision of satellite data in our country, on this basis, the analysis of the data applied in the arctic area.
