摘要通过研究轮胎生热机理,在合理的假设基础上,将轮胎温度场分析问题看作具有内热源的热传导模型,建立了滚动轮胎稳定状态下温度场的二维平面模型。采用AUTOCAD建立几何模型及GAMBIT建立网格模型,设定对流边界条件,用FLUENT热分析求解器模拟轮胎在自由滚动下稳态温度场分布。结果表明,轮胎胎冠处、缓冲层、胎肩和胎圈部位的温度相对其他位置较高。而且还通过拟合得到最高温升与车速的线性关系,该公式可以用来简单预测轮胎不同车速稳态的最高温升,对轮胎结构设计与使用有一定的帮助。64353

Title Research of the Steady Temperature Field for Automotive Tyre
Abstract By studying the theory of tyre heat generation,with the rational hypothesis
of rolling tyre,the problem of temperature field for tyre is simplified as a conduction model with inner heat source and the 2-dimension steady temperature field of rolling tyre is created. Using the software AutoCAD and Gambit, geometry and mesh model both are created. Also, convective boundary condition is set. The tire temperature field distribution is calculated with the Fluent thermal analysis solver. The results show that the temperature of the tire crown, the buffer layer, the shoulder and the bead is higher than the other parts. In addtion,the linear relationship between the highest temperature rise and vehice speed is gotten through fitting.The equation can be used to simply estimate the highest steady temperature rise at different rise at different speeds and has guide significance to tire structure design and tire usage.
