摘要化学链燃烧(CLC)是一种高效和清洁的燃烧技术,能够减少污染气体的产生,实现化学链燃烧需要使用金属氧化物构成的载氧体。铜基载氧体具有载氧量大、活性高、不易积碳等优点,但是还存在着释氧温度过高、容易烧结和团聚、稳定性较差等缺点。而制备复合载氧体能够改善载氧体的反应性能,是解决其烧结和团聚问题的有效方法之一。浸渍法是制备复合载氧体简单而有效的方法之一,本文以Al2O3为载体,采用浸渍法制备了Cu-Ni、Cu-Fe、Cu-Mn、Cu-Co、Cu-Y、Cu-Ce、Cu-Zr这些复合载氧体。添加Ni、Fe、Mn、Co、Y、Ce、Zr的复合载氧体使得氧化物体系更加复杂,高熔点的新成分有效地分散在CuO晶粒之间,形成晶粒和原子迁移阻力,从而抑制了烧结,使得载氧体的活性和循环稳定性得以改善。65983

Abstract
Chemical-looping combustion (CLC) is an efficient and clean combustion technology to reduce pollution gases, chemical-looping combustion required to achieve the use of metal oxide oxygen carrier. Copper-based oxygen carriers with sample loading capacity, high activity, not carbon deposition, etc., but there is still a high temperature oxygen release, easy sintering and agglomeration, poor stability and other shortcomings. The preparation of composite oxygen carrier can improve the reactivity of oxygen carrier, is to solve the problem of the sintering and agglomeration of effective methods. Impregnation method is the preparation of composite oxygen carrier is one simple and effective way, the paper described Cu-Ni, Cu-Fe, Cu-Mn, Cu-Co, Cu-Y, Cu-Ce , Cu-Zr oxygen carriers prepared by the impregnation with Al2O3 as carrier.Adding Ni, Fe, Mn, Co, Y, Ce, Zr composite oxide such oxygen carrier system more complex, high-melting component of effective new grains dispersed in the CuO is formed between the crystal and the atomic migration resistance, thereby inhibition of sintering, making oxygen carrier activity and cycling stability can be improved.
