摘要：随着手机技术和互联网的发展，手机电视产业从2004年开始兴起。其后，手机硬件的成熟更是促进了手机电视业务的迅速普及。手机电视为广大用户所青睐，其原因在于手机电视表现出优于传统广播电视的众多优点。本论文先是就手机电视的发展脉络进行梳理，然后在此基础上分析、阐释手机电视具有载体便携性、内容留存性以及深度交互性等优势，并进一步指出手机电视在其发展过程中所遇到的一些问题。最后针对这些问题提出了加强监管、降低业务成本、注重内容建设等措施，以期为手机电视的健康发展提供一定的借鉴。 5619

An Analysis of the Development of Chinese Mobile Phone TV
Abstract：Along with the development of mobile technology and Internet, the cellular television industry emerged since 2004. After that the maturation of mobile phone hardwares promoted the swift popularity of mobile TV business. The reason that cellular television favored by the user community lies in that the cellular television displays’ surpassing traditional broadcast television with numerous merits. This article firstly analyzes the development course of cellular television, then based on this analysis, elaborates cellular television’s superiorities of having the carrier portability and content preservation as well as depth interactivity and other superiorities, and further more pointed out some issues in its developing process. Finally, in view of these issues, the author proposes to strengthen supervision, reduce the operational cost, and pay great attention to content construction and other measures, hoping to provide certain reference for the healthy development of cellular television.
