摘 要：在“李天一案”中的一系列媒体报道中，媒体社会责任缺失现象严重，助推负面舆论、不断冲击道德和法律底线等偏离媒体功能定位的行为应当引起我们的重视和反思。本论文以媒体履行社会责任的必要性为切入点，运用案例研究法、内容分析法以及文献研究法，从媒体强化刻板成见、忽视报道平衡、导致新闻侵权等方面深刻分析“李天一案”中媒体缺失社会责任的表现以及这种现象背后的原因，并据此说明建立完善的社会监督机制、忠实记录环境变化等才是防范媒体社会责任缺失行为的途径，以期为有效增强媒体社会责任感提供启示。7708

Analysis of Li Tianyi's Case in the Media Lack of Social Responsibility
Abstract:In the Li's case in the series of the media, the media social responsibility flaw phenomenon is serious,booster negative public opinion, continuously deviates from the media, such as the moral and legal bottom line impact the behavior of the function orientation should cause our attention and reflection. In this paper,the necessity of the media to fulfill social responsibility as the breakthrough point,using the case method,content analysis and literature research,from the media to strengthen the negative stereotypes and ignore reports balance,lead to the news tort deep analysis of Li's case in the performance of the media lack of social responsibility and the reasons behind this phenomenon,and establish perfect social supervision mechanism,faithfully record the change of the environment is to prevent media,such as lack of social responsibility behavior way,in order to offer some revelation to effectively strengthen the media social responsibility.

“李天一案”中的媒体社会责任缺失探析2013年11月27日上午，北京市第一中级人民法院对李天一等五人强奸上诉一案进行终审宣判，裁定驳回上诉，文持原判。媒体在关注“李天一案”的过程中，伴随着报道失实、蓄意炒作等现象，这种缺失社会责任的行为，从理论上来说和媒体的角色定位相背离，从实践上看，它严重伤害了公众的知情权和媒体的公信力，为有效防范媒体报道发生缺失社会责任的行为，需要从媒体、受众、政府、行业各个层面建立协调机制，提高舆论的引导水平，推进媒体报道机制改革，才能切实增强媒体社会责任感。 李天一案中的媒体社会责任缺失探析:http://www.751com.cn/xinwen/lunwen_5771.html
