摘 要：近年来，互联网用户数量持续增长，网络环境下个人信息安全问题也愈演愈烈，因此，研究网络环境下个人信息的不安全因素以及有效的保护措施是具有实践意义的。本论文首先对网络环境下个人信息进行了概述，结合笔者作为普通网络用户的亲身体验，分析了网络个人信息安全的表现形式，具体论述了网络个人信息被非法收集、信息泄露、信息买卖等行为是如何进行的，并对其产生的原因进行了分析，进而从政府及相关部门、用户自身、信息持有行业等方面提出合理化建议，以期为网络环境下个人信息安全的保护提供理论依据和现实参考。关键词：网络环境；个人信息；个人信息安全8572
Study on Personal Information Security
under the Network Environment
Abstract: In recent years, the number of Internet users continues to grow, personal information security problem in network environment is also growing, therefore, unsafe factors of inpidual information under network environment and measures to protect the effective is practical. This paper first summarizes the personal information under the network environment, combined with the author as an ordinary Internet users experience, analyses the manifestation of safety of personal information in the network, expounds the network personal information being collected, information disclosure, information transaction behavior is to be carried out, and the reasons were analyzed, then from the government and relevant departments, the user's information, hold industry and put forward reasonable suggestions, in order to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the protection of personal information security under the network environment.

网络环境下个人信息安全问题研究2013年6月，美国前中央情报局雇员斯诺登披露了一些机密文件，其中包括美国政府监听项目“棱镜”，该项目主要是对包括我国在内的多个国家的公民日常社交信息进行监听，涵盖电子邮件、视频、语音聊天等多方面的信息。该事件的曝光使我们重新审视我们的信息安全状况，在当今网络大发展环境下，我们的个人信息真的安全吗？这个问题不仅关系到每个公民的合法权益能否得到文护，甚至影响社会的安定，非常值得我们关注。
