On the Translation of Passive Voice Between the Inter-translation of Chinese and English
I. Introduction
Passive voice is an indispensable voice in the process of English learning, in the use of our language and in our daily communication. As a characteristic of Chinese sentence, passive voice has been paid high attention to by a great number of linguistics and translators in China. The study of the inter-translation of passive voice is one of the fundamental parts in language study. Not only can it deepen the cognition of the translation of passive voice, the employment of passive voice in the process of cross-cultural translation, the development of the cross-cultural translation cause, but also strengthen the mutual understanding of the thinking modes of Chinese and the western and the transmission of culture between Chinese and English. Many obstacles have been encountered in the inter-translation of passive voice, which are caused by the various forms of passive voice, distinctive cultures and lack of guiding translation principles and translation methods. Even though there are a few specific studies on the differences of passive voice between Chinese and English, and the research on the translation of passive voice have been carried out for so many years, they are still comparatively narrow. 论英汉互译中被动句的翻译:http://www.751com.cn/yingyu/lunwen_26021.html
