The paper is pided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the purpose of the study and the basic structure of this paper. The second chapter compares the cultural differences between China and America. The third chapter analyzes the influences of these cultural differences on Sino-American business negotiations. The fourth chapter put forwards some strategies to overcome the cultural barriers in bilateral business negotiations. The fifth chapter is a conclusion of the whole paper.
