Still, some researchers manage to discover the linkage between frame and metaphor. One researcher mentions the similarity between frame and metaphor, and holds the view that these two notion share a certain role in comprehending new things (朱秀文, 2013: 1,2 ). The study on frame theory domestically illustrates that frames are to be pided into twp categories: the first-level frame that is activated by the specific collection of words, and the second-level which is to construct the fundamental moral values of political parties (汪少华, 2008: 5). Later, the idea has been put forward that frame can be conceived as a transmuted form of metaphor, but it possess more inviting attributes than that of metaphor, featuring logical, flexible, and highly organized, which is considered as a more appropriate approach to political textual analysis (汪少华, 2011: 53). In the latest researches, scholars intensify the point that the functioning of framing theory hinges upon the interaction of related frames, in short, activation of associated frames by the original one (梁婧玉, 汪少华, 2015: 122). However, this dissertation has no connection with metaphoric analysis, which instead is based on frame theories proposed by Charles Fillmore and developed by George Lakoff.
