Abstract Nowadays, stylistics, which is gradually gathering momentum in academic circle, exerts enormous influence on some other subjects. A great many well-known scholars have carried out certain researches in their own fields from the angle of stylistics. And this paper is aimed at exploring the stylistic features of Business English Correspondence (hereinafter referred to as BEC) in the Internet Age. The paper will, in the first place, elaborate respectively its characteristics on the earlier stage and stylistics. Then a stylistic analysis will begiven in the earlier stage from the levels of business letter、telegram and telex as well as fax. Then focus will be centered on the stylistic features in the internet age and causes, as well as the influences it brings about during business interactions. As a result, this paper draws the conclusion that stylistic features do play an important part in the learning of BEC. Finally a conclusion can be safely drawn that when we learn and make it into practice,it is quite necessary for us to take its stylistic features into consideration. As business English learners,we need to keep up with the times and constantly promote ourselves.Only by doing so can we adapt to the competition of the society.69652

摘要在文体学日趋发展的今天，它对其他各学科也产生了很大的影响。很 多知名学者借助文体学来研究其它领域的某一特定课题。本文旨在探究互 联网时代下对外贸函电的文体特征。本文将首先从外贸函电的早期特征及 文体学这两个领域分别进行详尽的阐述，其次将从商务信函、电报、电传 以及传真三个方面探讨外贸函电在前期的文体特点，然后重点讨论其在互 联网时代的新的特征以及其产生的原因和它对当下外贸交流的影响。最后 得出结论，文体特征在商务函电中扮演者重要的角色，我们在外贸函电的 学习与实践时务必将其文体特征考虑进去。作为商务英语专业的学生，我 们应该与时俱进，不断提升自己才能适应社会的竞争。
