摘要：随着开放科学数据仓储的快速发展，基于开放科学数据的新兴合作网络将会受到越来越多的重视。为了探究临床医学试验领域内合作的特性，本文基于ClinicalTrials。gov网站的临床试验数据库，利用计算机编程抓取该网站上传统论文信息以及临床试验信息的元数据，并对数据进行统计、分析与比较，比较试验合作机构网络与论文合作机构网络之间的异同。研究结果表明，通过复杂网络分析方法单独以及联合分析两个合作网络，能够对该领域有更加全面的认识，并且可以更加深入了解临床试验研究合作的模式与特点。28606

Collaboration networks based on clinical trial data -------Taking an example of ClinicalTrials。gov
Abstract：With the rapid development of open scientific data storage, new cooperative networks based on open scientific data will be paid more and more attention to。 In order to explore the feature of cooperation in the field of clinical trials, this paper based on the clinical trial database of Clinical Trials。gov。 By extracting the meta data of traditional papers and the meta data of clinical trial information, this paper analyzes and compares the characteristics of the network of trial cooperation mechanism and the network of paper cooperation mechanism。 We found that through the complex network analysis method, alone and joint analysis of two cooperation networks, can have a more comprehensive understanding of this field, deeply understand the cooperation model and characteristics of clinical trial research。
