摘要犬膀胱尿道结石是犬泌尿结石中常见的一种病，发病后患犬的症状表现为尿 急、尿频、尿血或排尿困难甚至发生尿闭，影响主人与犬的正常生活。为了了解 徐州地区的发病情况，在徐州爱慕宠物医院和博斯特动物诊所进行了 4 个月的调查与研究。结果发现，在调查的 286 例犬中有 36 例犬患此病,发病率为 12.58%。 该病与饮食习惯、年龄、性别有一定关系。饮食方面，因饮食结构不合理发病的 占比高达 83.3%，高蛋白物质饲喂的过多造成钙、磷比例不协调。年龄上，发病 的多为中老年犬，占比为 72.2%。此病的发生与性别也有关联，雄性占比高达 75%。 通过探诊时硬物堵塞、血常规正常、尿常规检查出的潜血与蛋白质、X 光片有白 色影点等综合判断，确定犬患有膀胱尿道结石，主要采用了手术的治疗方法。本 研究调查并探讨了徐州地区犬膀胱尿道结石流行病学、诊断及防治方法，这将给 本地区防治工作提供相关的参考依据，具有一定的应用价值和公共卫生意义。69063

Diagnosis and treatment of bladder urethral calculi in pet dog
Abstract
Pet dog bladder urethral calculi is a kind of common disease of urinary calculi, The symptoms of disease for dogs are urgency, frequent urination, bloody urine or difficulty of urination even retention of urine which affects people’s normal life. In order to understand the infection situation of Xuzhou region, I had been invested cases in Xuzhou love pet hospital and Bosch animal clinic for 4 months. The result shows that there are 36 cases of dogs suffering from the disease in the investigation of 286 cases which accounted for 12.58%. The disease has the relationship of age, gender ,eating habits. In the eating habits , the unreasonable diet structure accounted for 83.3%. High protein material feeding excessive caused by calcium and phosphorus is in harmonious proportions. In addition, age and gender have particular concerned to it. The former accounts 72.2% and the latter accounts 75%. Through the dysuria, explore clinical hard plug and x-rays with white shadow points, etc, the doctor diagnosed the pet dog suffering from bladder urethral calculi. In the last, it accept the surgery. This study investigated and discussed the dog bladder and urethra stones epidemiology, diagnosis and control methods in Xuzhou. This will provide reference for the prevention and control of the region. It has the significance of Public health.
