摘要:目的:探究不同光照强度对垂盆草体外抗氧化能力的影响,确定使垂盆草体外抗氧化能力最大的光照强度。方法:设置不同光照强度,分别为自然光强的100%、77%、60%、38%、16%,对垂盆草进行处理。采用DPPH自由基清除能力法、铁还原能力法(FRAP)、硫代巴比妥酸反应物法(TBARS)、硫氰酸铁法(FTC)四种方法分别对每组垂盆草进行体外抗氧化能力的测定。结果:光照强度为自然光照强度的60%时,垂盆草的体外抗氧化活性最高,且在一定范围内,随着光照强度的下降,垂盆草体外抗氧化活性呈现先上升后下降的趋势。结论:光照强度对垂盆草体外抗氧化活性有较大影响,适宜的光照强度能增强垂盆草的体外抗氧化活性。29701

Effects of Light Intensity on the Antioxidant Activity in vitro of

Abstract: Objective: This study was conducted to explore the effects of light intensity on the antioxident activity in vitro of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge, and to obtain the light intensity which can make the highest antioxidant activity. Methods: Set up different light intensity which is 100%, 77%, 60%, 38%, 16% of natural light intensity respectively and to deal with Sedum sarmentosum Bunge. By the four different methods of clearance capacity of DPPH free radicals, fluorescence recovery after photobleaching(FRAP), thiobarbituric acid reactive substances(TBARS) and ferric thiocyanate method(FTC), we measured the antioxidant activity in vitro of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge separately. Results: When the light intensity is 60% of natural light intensity, the antioxidant activity in vitro of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge reached the highest value. During some range, the antioxidant activity in vitro of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge showed a trend of decline after rising first with the decrease of light intensity. Conclusion: Light intensity has a large effect on the antioxidant activity in vitro of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge, and suitable light intensity can enhance the antioxidant activity in vitro of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge.

光照强度对垂盆草体外抗氧化能力的影响
垂盆草(Sedum sarmentosum Bunge)为景天科(Crassulaceae)景天属(Sedum)植物垂盆草的干燥全草。夏、秋二季采收,除去杂质,干燥。垂盆草甘、淡,凉。归肝、胆、小肠经。功效为利湿退黄,清热解毒。用于湿热黄疸,小便不利,痈肿疮疡[1]。临床上多用于治疗黄疸、急慢性肝炎和蛇伤烫伤等[2]。国内外研究表明垂盆草主要含有黄酮、三萜、甾醇、生物碱、氰苷、糖类等成分[3,4],具有保护肝脏、抗肿瘤、免疫抑制和抑菌等药理作用[5-7]。目前对垂盆草的应用主要有药用开发与园林绿化。以垂盆草为原料的药品和保健品日渐增多,主要产品有复方垂盆草冲剂[8]、纳米垂盆草制剂药物[9]、垂盆草滴丸制剂[10]等。除药用外,垂盆草还具有耐高温、寒冷,繁殖速度快,枯黄晚,返青早,绿叶期较长的特点。因此作为无污染、无公害、安全优质的园林新秀,在城市园林景观工程(如屋顶绿化,地被护坡,花坛吊篮等)中大力推行运用[11]。 光照强度对垂盆草体外抗氧化能力的影响:http://www.751com.cn/yixue/lunwen_25042.html
