摘要本次毕业设计主要设计和制作了一款带有调光功能的LED驱动电源。测试结果显示,这款驱动电源性能较好,基本满足了设计要求。
本论文第一章简述了课题研究的背景和LED驱动电源的技术要求等,并且对本课题所做内容和目标进行了总结。
第二章研究和分析了驱动电源的工作方式,以及对驱动电源涉及到的技术进行了原理性的分析,比如单级PFC、PFM/PWM控制以及LED调光等。
第三章讲述了基于AP1694A的LED调光驱动电源设计,规格为:输入230V、输出54V/240mA。对电路的工作原理详加分析之后,又对磁性元件设计和元器件选取进行了详细的介绍。
第四章讲述对调试好的电路板进行了详细的测试,表明这款驱动电源,具有高效率、高PF、低THD和良好的调光性能。19181

Title Design of LED Lighting Driver
Abstract
A LED driver with dimming function was designed and made in this praduation project.Test results showed that the driver has good performance, basically meeting the design requirements.
The background of the research and technical requirements of the LED drive were outlined in Chapter I.And then, research contents and objectives of this project are summarized.
In chapter II,having an analysis of driver’s working mode and technology involved in the LED driver,such as signal stage PFC ,PFM &PWM control mode and dimming.
The LED dimming driver based on AP1694A was introduced in chapter III.
Driver’s specification is 230V input and 54V/240mA output.After a detailed analysis of the driver’s working principle,design of magnetic component and components selection were described in detail.
A detailed testing of the circuit board which had been debugged well was described in chapter Ⅳ.Results showed that this driver has the characteristics of high efficiency ,low THD ,high power factor and good dimming performance.

1.1 课题研究背景及意义
LED驱动电源是一种非线性电源,应用电力电子技术来改变功率半导体器件的导通与关断时间比(也即改变占空比)将其他形式的电能转换为合乎要求的恒流输出。它可以说是一种特殊的开关电源,开关电源一般要求恒压输出,而驱动电源由于LED特殊的电气性能决定了它通常是要求恒流输出的。LED的发光质量与它导通电流的大小有直接关系,电流波动很大会大大缩短LED的使用寿命,程度严重的将可能导致LED灯失效。 AP1694A的LED照明驱动电源设计:http://www.751com.cn/zidonghua/lunwen_10450.html
