摘要在工业上,压力被广泛应用,对压力传感器进行标定后,得到的转换结果更加可靠。由于传统的压力传感器标定设备的体积较大,为实际应用带来了不方便性,所以本文设计了一套基于单片机的便携式压力标定系统,对高精度传感器和待标定传感器施加相同的压力,对比两者的激励响应曲线来评判被标定传感器的性能。
本文设计的系统主要包括硬件和软件两部分。硬件部分由ATmega128微处理器电路,稳压电源电路,键盘和显示电路等构成;用C语言编写底层软件,实现对压力信号的采集,进一步处理出标定系数;利用RS232实现上位机与单片机的通讯,即对单片机的功能扩展。21343
最后进行实验,验证是否符合设计要求。

Title Hardware and software design of measurement system
for projectile’s static structural parameters
Abstract
In industry, the pressure is widely used, the conversion result is more reliable after the calibration of the pressure sensor.
The traditional sensor used in the calibration of pressure is the larger equipment, bringing the inconvenience for the practical application, so this paper designs a set of hardware and software of portable pressure calibration system based on single chip microcomputer, giving the standard pressure sensor and the calibration sensor the same pressure with the pressure source, and compare the characteristic curve to test performance.
The design of the main part of the system is composed of hardware and software. The hardware circuit is composed of ATmega128 microcontroller circuit, serial communication circuit, power supply circuit, keyboard and display circuit; C language is used in the software part, realizing the acquisition and processing of the pressure signal; through the RS232 communication between PC and single chip microcomputer, realizing the single chip machine function expansion.
Lastly, experiments verify compliance with design requirements.
