摘要:随着近年来我国国民经济的增长,电力需求的增长也使得电力系统获得了前所未有的发展,为了满足电力系统运行管理现代化的迫切需求,研究电力自动化成为了迫在眉睫的任务。为了保障电力系统的安全可靠运行,电力自动化设备的不断研究和进一步改进是势在必行的。本课题所研究的保护装置自动测试系统是依据第三代自动测试系统结合IEC61850标准,由计算机、通用硬件和应用软件三部分组成。主要有保护测控装置主机、保护测控装置校验仪、PC机三部分,软件部分由保护测控装置软件和自动测试系统软件两部分组成。保护测控装置自动测试系统软件由报告模板编辑模块、测试模板编辑模块、测试主程序、通信规约(IEC61850标准)引擎、通信模板编辑模块组成。21872

Research on automatic test system of protection and control device of intelligent substation
Abstract:
With the development of our national economy growth in recent years, the growth of electric power demand also makes power system has hitherto unknown development, in order to meet the urgent needs of the modern management of power system, research on electric power automation has become the imminent task. In order to ensure the safety running of power system, studying the power automation equipment and further improvement is to be imperative. The automatic test system of the protection and control device that my subject studies is based on the third generation of automatic test system with IEC61850 standard. It is composed of computer, hardware and application software in three parts. Mainly include three parts are that protection and control device host, protection and control device calibrator, PC computer,the software part is made up of by two parts: protection and control device software and automatic test system software. Software of automatic test system for protection and control device is composed of the report template editing module, the test template editing module, main test program, the communication protocol (IEC61850) engine, the communication template editing module.
