摘要:本文应用了基于组态王工业控制软件相关的人机交互知识及技术,实现一个针对工业生产安全的生产检测系统,对当今工业生产具有一定的意义。本设计针对工业生产中的气体达到监督检测效果,使得客户可通过系统界面上的按钮做出简单的操作,完成检查生产过程中用到的气体是否超标过多的工作。一旦有某种气体供给过多,尤其对于一些化工单位,这种情况可能导致不可想象的后果。基于安全因素的考虑,系统自身在设计的过程中加入了报警的功能,以求及时向负责控制的员工做出警示提醒。24081
系统自身设计较为简洁明了,直观的反映出生产过程中的各类参数的数值,易于查看。对生产中用到的各类气体,作为一个检测系统,系统采集并呈现的时实时的信息。除此之外,本系统也包含查询功能,可根据需要,查询某一时间点的数据,历史数据的反映则是在查询板块以报表的形式展现在查询人的面前。
本文首要分析了该类仿真系统设计的设计要求和实现方法,对其设计过程以及调试手法进行了描述,阐述了系统设计的思路和构想,并进行了系统的仿真和调试。本文中对于系统的命令语言和变量定义做了一定的描述,根据系统的设计方案,需要涉及的命令控制语言以及参数变量各不相同。设计过程中重点和难点就是在于功能之间的联动和控制命令的应用,如何实现各功能模块,就是基于上述这两点。一次次的调整之后实时动画可流畅运行,清楚的展现了这个生产过程的实时监控。仿真测试结果表明:该设计满足人机交互的设计要求,使用方法简单易懂,参数表现简单明了,便于控制人员对生产的监控以及差错,增加了生产的安全系数,为人员及生产单位的安全多了个保障。

The Development Of Air- Supervising System In The Industrial Production,Based on the King View
Abstract: In this paper,a new air-supervising system with a series of functions thought to be helpful in the industrial production will be introduced to readers in detial. Depending on its features , workers could get a clear view on the data of the materials( here,different kinds of air used in the production), easily supervising each part of the whole process. If some sort of them has surplused , a warning will come out,urging you to have a thoroghly check on the line,which is especially vital to those factory running the business of chemical production.Simple operation will be good to you to take the things under your control.
Biref design applied in the system has contributed to the great view on parameters, aiming to lend a hand to your check on the line.As a supervising system, it certainly offers the real-time data which play a great role in the examining.In addition, the button‘search’will lead you to the data recorded before and they will be readed in the table.
In the first part of the paper, the thoughts used in the design and the method introduced into the engineering will step on the stage, giving a talk about themselves. Then we will have a carefully glance at the contol sentences and set of parameters tieing parts to parts as birdges. The point is how to fully use both of the two to get all things together and finally make the it run successfully.Having adjusted and tested on many occassions,it proves that the system with brief and clear display on parameters offers the convience to the montioring of the management in the industrial production. At the same time, safety will be secured and even improved to a higher level.
