摘要为缓解城市化进程加快引发的多种交通问题， “公交优先”已经成为了各大城市重点发展战略。现阶段，我国城市公共交通服务水平参差不齐，城市经济结构的调整既为城市公共交通改革提供了动力，也向城市公共交通服务水平提出了更高的要求。 本文通过对城市公共交通发展理论的研究，分析现如今我国城市公共交通体系的现状，从公共交通规划发展以及公共交通管理发展两个层面研究设计适合我国城市公共交通体系的发展策略。最后，并以郑州中牟县为例，对城市公共交通现状进行分析研究，设计出适合于城市公共交通体系的发展策略。 27333

Abstract To alleviate perse traffic problems caused by the speeding up urbanization process ,the ‘public transit priority’ has become a key development strategy in extensive cities.At present, our country’s urban public transportation service level is uneven, economic structure adjustment is providing the impetus for reform of urban public traffic, also putting forward higher requirements to the urban public traffic service level. In this paper,I will analysis the present situation of urban public transport system in China,based on the research of the theory of urban public transportation operation. From two levels ,public transportation planning as well as management of public transport ,I try to design a suitable development strategy of urban public transit in our country.In the end,I will take Zhongmou as an example to put forward the urban public transit development strategy which is suitable for Chinese cities.
