摘要随着惯性导航系统的发展,为了测试其性能,三轴运动模拟器被设计来模拟载体各轴位置变化和加速度变化,与惯性敏感器的输出相比较,以此校准惯导系统。同时,三轴运动模拟器也可以用来模拟载体运动,以此来检测系统抗干扰的能力。本文以高精度导航测试平台为背景,在原有的三轴运动模拟器的基础上,改进了控制算法,优化了系统的性能,同时设计了上位机,方便系统调试。本文首先介绍了总体设计方案,各功能模块的硬件方案以及软件方案;然后详细介绍了模糊控制,以及将模糊控制理论运用到本系统中;接着对系统进行建模和仿真,验证模糊PID控制的性能;最后设计了上位机,并对上位机进行了软件调试。27601

Title Design of High Precision Navigation Test Platform
Abstract
With the development of inertial navigation systems, in order to test its performance, three-axis motion simulator is designed to simulate the vehicle position and acceleration change of each axis, to calibrate inertial navigation systems comparing with the output of inertial sensors. Meanwhile, three-axis motion simulator can also be used to simulate the movement of the carrier for the interference ability of antenna. The paper took precision navigation test platform as the background, improved control algorithm and the performance of the system, basing on the original three-axis motion simulator.It also designed the upper computer for system debugging. This paper introduces the overall design, each functional module hardware solutions and software solutions. Then it introduced the fuzzy control and fuzzy control applied to this system detailedly. After that ,it introduced the system modeling and simulation, and verified performance of Fuzzy PID Control. Finally, the upper computer was designed for system debugging ,and was debugged for its function.
