摘要对一套小型油砂热解系统试验装置的热解工艺及设计原理进行了研究,确定了影响其运行的几个关键参数:热解温度、压力、热风流速、氧含量,并针对这些参数进行了传感器、数据采集和转换模块等设备选型;设计了在线参数监测系统,监测系统由上述设备和在线监测程序构成,其核心是在线监测程序;在VB环境下编写了在线监测程序,程序具备数据的读取、实时显示、保存和报警等功能;使用在线监测系统对油砂热解系统运行中的关键参数进行了实时监测,对监测到的数据分析,发现监测系统运行较为稳定,满足热解系统试验阶段的基本需要。28834

Title The online monitoring system design of operating parameters on the oil sands pyrolysis system
Abstract
This paper studied on the pyrolysis process and design principles of a small oil sands pyrolysis system for test, identified some key parameters that affected the operation of pyrolysis system, including temperature, pressure,flow rate of hot fume and oxygen content, and selected sensors, data acquisition and conversion modules according to these parameters. Online monitoring system was designed later and constituted by above equipment and online monitoring program. Its core was online monitoring program which was designed in the environment of Visual Basic and had the function of reading, online display and saving of data and alarm. At last, the paper used online monitoring system to monitor the operation of pyrolysis system. After specific analysis to the measured data, it could be determined that the monitoring system ran stable and met the needs of pyrolysis system during the pilot phase.

1 引言
1.1 油砂概述
油砂,亦称沥青砂或焦油砂,外观形似黑色蜜糖,通常是由砂粒、沥青、粘土和水等组成的混合物,属于非常规能源。油砂的主要组成部分是砂粒和粘土等矿物质,占据了油砂质量的80%~85%。此外,油砂中一般含有10%~12%的沥青(原油)和少部分水[1]。美国和加拿大把温度15.6℃时,密度大于1.00 g/cm3、黏度大于10Pa.s的天然沥青定义为油砂[2]。 油砂热解系统运行参数在线监测系统设计:http://www.751com.cn/zidonghua/lunwen_23825.html
