摘要随着新型永磁材料的研发与控制技术的发展,永磁电机的应用日益广泛。横向磁通永磁电机是一种新型电机,将电机的磁路与电路分开,便于设计与生产。
本文首先介绍永磁材料和横向磁通永磁电机的运行原理,给出基于磁路法的电机设计方法,设计了一台300V、200W的横向磁通电机样机。
其次,利用有限元法对电机磁场进行计算,用Maxwell Ansoft软件对电机的三文模型进行仿真,根据结果研究电机中的磁场分布。通过改变电机转速,分析电机磁链与感应电动势的变化,得到电机的空载特性。30141
最后,分别改变定子内外齿的角度和转子永磁体的角度来优化磁链波形,达到优化感应电动势波形的目的。

Title Research on no-load characteristic of flux-concentrated
transverse flux permanent magnet disk generator
Abstract
The permanent magnet motor is applied widely with the development of permanent magnet (PM) and control technology. Transverse flux permanent magnet motor is a new topology of electric motors, in which the magnetic circuit and electric circuit is decoupled to improve the power density effectively. Moreover, the structure of this machine can be conveniently designed and constructed.
Firstly, the PMs and the operating principle of this proposed machine are introduced. Based on the magnetic circuit method, a rated voltage 300V and rated power 200W prototype is designed.
Secondly, the Maxwell's equations is applied in electromagnetic calculation and the finite element method (FEM) is introduced. The 3D model of this machine is built to analyze the electromagnetic distribution by adopting FEM by using Maxwell Ansoft Software. The change of flux linkage and induced voltage is analyzed by adjusting the speed to obtain the no-load characteristics.
Finally, the flux waveform can be optimized by changing the angles of the teeth and the PM respectively to obtain the optimal EMF waveform.

1.1 永磁电机的研究背景及意义
