车载移动式警务抓拍系统设计

摘要近年来，全国的汽车购买量急速上升，因此导致的各类交通问题也越来越严重。本文是在这种背景下，设计了一个车载式移动警务抓拍系统，以减轻交警执勤的压力。系统要完成的功能由执勤的需求确定，系统将分模块编程来实现这些功能。本文详细介绍了这些模块：SDK接口的定义、信息框模块、控制模块、快速抓图模块、数据导出模块以及主程序。完成了程序与摄像头的连接和调试。调试的结果显示，车载式移动抓拍系统可以实现准确的控制摄像头转动、数据导出、快速抓拍等各项功能，能满足交警的执勤需求。30986

Title   Vehicle-mounted mobile police capture system
Abstract
In recent years, the country's sales of car grew rapidly.As a result,all kinds of traffic problem is becoming more and more serious.In this background, this article is going to design a Vehicle-mounted mobile police capture system,for alleviating the pressure of the traffic police on duty.We determine the function of the system according to the demand of the traffic police. System will points module programming to realize these functions.Every sub module of the system software is introduced in detail,including the definition of SDK interface,the message frame module,the control module, the quick capture module, the data export module and the main program. The debugging of all modules connecting with the camera is completed.The result of the debugging shows that the vehicle-mounted mobile police capture system can realize various functions such as accurate control of the camera rotation, export data, quick capture and so on.So,the system can satisfy the traffic police’s needs.

1 引言
1.1 课题研究价值及意义
