摘要在电力系统中,如何保证安全是一个不容轻视的问题。历史上有很多因为电力安全问题而造成的严重的事故,这些事故有很大一部分是与电力系统一线工作人员的误操作有着密切关系的,因此,提高一线工作人员的操作正确度对于降低事故发生的概率有十分明显的作用。33387
本文所设计的高压开关柜误操作体验装置,在保证受训人员人身安全的情况下,为受训人员提供一个接近工作条件的操作环境,通过对其操作过程的判断来触发各类故障效果,从而达到加深其感性认知、掌握正确操作规范的目的。
本文首先对高压开关柜误操作体验装置的整体设计思路进行了阐述,并从硬件设计和软件开发两个方面介绍了整个误操作体验装置的设计过程,同时也对实验室调试过程作了展示。经过实验室的调试,该装置能够对停电检修、检修转运行过程的各种操作进行判断并触发相应效果,达到了预期设计目标。

Abstract
Security has always been a problem to be reckoned with for the power system. There are many serious accidents due to electricity safety problems in history, a large proportion of these accidents have a close relationship with misuse of power system frontline staff. Therefore, improve the operational accuracy of front-line staff is a significant role to reduce the probability of accidents.
This article is designed high voltage switchgear erroneous operation equipment, under the premise that ensure the safety of trainees, to provide a simulated operational environment, through the course of the operation judgment trigger all kinds of fault effect, so as to achieve the purpose that deepen their emotional awareness, to master the correct specification.
Firstly, the overall design concept of high voltage switchgear erroneous operation equipment are described, And a more detailed description of the design process of the entire device from the hardware and software aspects, but also on laboratory commissioning process were demonstrated. After laboratory testing, the device can be judged outage maintenance process, overhaul turn run process’s variety of operating and triggered effect, to achieve the desired design goals.
