摘要公路限速标志是控制车速的最佳限速措施之一，而且是保证公路安全和畅通的最好管理方法，合理的限速值不仅能够平衡速度与安全的关系， 也能提高道路的运输效率。
论文总结了限速标志设置的基本要求和限速措施，分析了我国限速标志设置存在的问题，并分析了限速与设计速度、运行速度、交通安全之间的关系，总结了限速一致性、限速标志位置设置、限速标志间距确定等理论评估方法。33463
针对金华市内国道温寿线G330的限速标志调查结果，从限速值的一致性和连续性、限速标志间距和限速标志位置等方面展开了评估，提出了相应的改善措施，为温寿线的限速标志整改提出了参考决策。

Title   Research On the Evaluation method of Highway Speed Limit Lign                   
Abstract
Highway speed limit signt is one of the best measures to control the speed,it is also the best management method to ensure road safety and smooth flow. Reasonable speed limit value not only balances the relationship between speed and safety, but also improves road transport efficiency. This article introduces the basic requirements of setting speed limit signs and assessment theory of speed limit signs , analyzes the problems of setting speed limit signs,then  demonstrates speed limit values by analysing the relationship between design speed, moving speed and speed limits. The study of speed limits is of great value to the sound operation and coordinated development of society and country.
