摘要本课题的主要任务是根据任务书所给出的某电机修造厂的主要负荷数据和相关短路情况,设计出符合国家规定的35KV降10KV的总降压变电所及高压配电系统,并使其运行安全稳定,并具有灵活性和经济性。33642
按照国家规定手册的要求,本文按照顺序依次进行了负荷计算和无功补偿,按照以上计算成果对主变型号、主接线形式和变电所的位置进行了选择,依照先前的选择结果计算出短路电流。根据短路电流的具体数值选择并校验一次电气设备和各种线路,并整定继电保护。然后根据手册要求给变电所装设防雷和接地装置,最后依据先前所得出的结论,绘制主接线图,工厂平面布置图,高压系统平面布线图及部分二次侧接线图和接地装置布置图。

Title The Design of General Dropping Voltage Substation and High-voltage Distribution System of XX Motor
Repair and Manufacturing Factory
Abstract
The main task of this project is to design a general 35kV-to-10kV dropping voltage transformer substation conformed to the state standard, and to design the relevant high-pressure power distribution system on the basis of the given data of the major load and the short-circuit condition of the motor repair factory, so as to ensure its stability, safety, flexibility and economics.
In accordance with the requirements of the state standard, the load calculation and reactive power compensation is carried out in order. Based on the calculating results, type of the main transformer, main connection form and the position of the transformer substation is selected. Then the primary equipment and various circuits is proposed and calibrated, and the relay protection is set after the value of the short-circuit current is figured out. By the end, the installation of lightning protection and grounding device to the transformer substation is provided according to the manual. Ultimately, on the basis of the former calculation and selection, the main wiring diagram, the plane arrangement maps of the factory, plane wiring diagram of the high-voltage system, part of the secondary connection diagrams, and the grounding device arrangement maps are drawn.
