摘要在航空、汽车、家电、科研等领域,电子产品测试场合通常需要提供高低温交变工况,例如-40℃~+80℃,且降温过程需要温度下降迅速,即需要较大的制冷功率。为了减小制冷设备的容量,可采用低温蓄冷系统。34080
本文以低温蓄冷系统为研究对象,对翅片管内的沸腾换热、强迫对流换热和翅片管外的自然对流换热进行了研究,并完成了换热器的设计计算。设计过程首先确定了翅片管的尺寸参数,对于选定参数的翅片管进行设计,设计的主要目标是计算传热面积。然后通过蓄冷管和释冷管的合理排布,实现低功率蓄冷,高功率释冷。本系统最终设计结果为释冷功率与蓄冷功率之比为7.89,结果合理,基本符合设计要求。

Title Design and application analysis of cryogenic storage system
Abstract
In the field of aerospace, automotive, home appliance, scientific research, etc., electronic product testing occasions usually requires alternating high and low temperature conditions, such as -40℃~80℃. During the cooling process temperature rapid decline. That is to say, the larger refrigerating power is needed. In order to reduce the capacity of the refrigeration equipment, the cryogenic storage system can be used.
This paper takes the cryogenic storage system as the object of study. The design and calculation of heat exchanger is accomplished by studying the boiling heat transfer, forced convection heat transfer in finned tube and natural convection heat transfer outside finned tube. The main objective of the design is to calculate heat transfer area when the size parameter of fin tube is determined. Through the reasonable arrangement of cold storage tube and discharging tube to realize low power and high power release cold storage. The final design of the system is 7.89. The result is reasonable.
