摘要传统的视频监控系统已经不能满足当代人的需求，高速率已成为当下人的生活节奏，所以在视频监控上，人们开始关注实时性，在这种要求之下，从原始的监控系统的基础之上，我们提出了针对性的解决方案，即在Linux系统下，对网络摄像头进行数据的提取，同时还结合Live555开源平台这来实现流媒体服务器的方案，流媒体服务器实现了实时性，并且解决了多路客户端的访问而导致摄像头端负载过重的现象，同时结合一些图形和声音的算法将其结合在一起，以整体包的形式传输到客户端，在满足实时的监控条件下，又通过对客户端与末端的程序设置，实现了客户端视频端的不同控制功能，，也至此满足了当下人对监控系统实时传输图像与声音等不同的需求。34312
