摘要改革开放以来，伴随着自然科学的发展以及人类健康观念的提升，治疗仪器在社会生活中使用的范围变得广泛，这种治疗仪器可以产生相应的生物电击脉冲作用于人类身体部位，带来刺激感，也可以改善血液循环、促进人体的新陈代谢，增强身体保健等效果。尤其对于中老年人而言，该仪器可以起到很好的医疗保健效果。就现在计算机技术的发展水平而言，可以用于医疗的波形有很多，主要有正弦波、方波、三角波，锯齿波等。但如果长时间持续使用同一种波形，那么就会降低治疗效果。37734
本文针对上述治疗仪器存在的问题设计了一款以ARM S3C2440 嵌入式开发板系统为控制核心的中低频治疗仪，本课题治疗仪系统硬件设计涵盖几大部分电路：主要有ARM 核心控制开发板、键盘模块、LCD液晶屏幕、D/A转换电路、升压电路设计、波形功率放大电路、开关控制电路，还有电极治疗端。选用 ARM 微处理器作为本次课题设计的控制核心模块，它控制了从产生可用于治疗的各种参数的波形到最后通过开关电路输出放大后的治疗波等全部硬件电路及软件运行的所有过程。最后完成的治疗仪器的成果有：通过软件程序生成多达 11 种用于治疗的波形；波形输出峰值可达 120V；输出500Hz至40kHz 间任何数值的脉冲频率。经过一系列运行过程，最终该治疗仪会输出波形脉冲刺激治疗人体病患处，取得治疗效果。通过以上的流程实现治疗仪的不同频率和不同强度的脉冲治疗方式。本治疗仪操作简便，价格合理，使用安全，而且波形变化多样，性价比很高。

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, with the development of natural science and human health concept, the use of intermediate frequency therapy instrument for the social life of the more widely used, this kind of treatment instrument can produce certain biological impulse acting on the human body, stimulation, can improve the human blood circulation, promote the body's metabolism, and enhance the body's healthand so on a variety of functions. In this paper, aiming at the problems above therapeutic apparatus designed A model based on ARM system in low frequency pulse treatment, the therapeutic apparatus including the ARM core processor, the key module, LCD liquid crystal display screen, D/A conversion circuit, design of booster circuit, waveform amplification circuit, switching circuit, and role in the treatment of human body with electrodes. With ARM microprocessor as control core of the intermediate frequency therapy apparatus system, it has a number of key function and role. Treatment of waveforms, for example, LCD screen display treatment waveform and strength; Keyboard scanning and to control the envelope of D/A conversion output waveform, the waveform envelope can be amplified, the output waveform control switch circuit. Finally, the design of the intermediate frequency therapy apparatus can be output up to 11 for the treatment of waveform, and the peak value of up to 120 v, in theory, can output 500 Hz to any value between 40 kHz pulse frequency. Finally, the switching circuit output waveform pulse, treated by special electrodes in the human body is part of the stimulus.
