摘要测试爆炸温度场,研究爆炸温度场分布规律,对炸药的性能评估和分析有着重要的意义。爆炸温度场具有范围广、变化快、温度高等特点,应用传统测量方法有一定困难。因此,本文开展了基于虚拟仪器的爆炸温度场测试的研究。
本文首先对测量点的布局进行了设计,然后基于虚拟仪器技术给出了系统总体设计方案。其中硬件模块主要由钨徕热电偶、动态应变仪、数据采集卡、PXI机箱等硬件组成,用来采集原始数据;软件模块采用LabVIEW进行设计,主要完成数据的采集、处理、分析、显示和存储等工作。最后利用打火机模拟爆炸温度场对设计的系统进行了测试,测试结果表明,该系统基本能满足爆炸温度场测试的要求,具有一定应用价值。37967

Title The Design of Explosion Temperature Field Test System Based on Virtual Instrument Technology
Abstract
The test of explosion temperature field and the study on temperature distribution of explosion field mean a lot to the performance assessment and analysis of explosives.Since explosion temperature field is characterized by a wide range,rapid change,and high temperature, using traditional measurement methods has been difficult.Therefore, we carried out a study on explosion temperature field based on virtual instrument technology.
In this paper, we first design the layout of the measuring points. Then we give the overall design of the testing system based on virtual instrument technology.The hardware module is mainly composed of tungsten-rhenium thermocouples,strain amplifier,data acquisition card,PXI chassis and so on, aiming to collect raw data;the software module designed by LabVIEW completes the collecting of data and the functioning of transfer,analysis,display and storage.At last,we use the lighter to test the system,simulating the explosion temperature.The test result shows that this system can basically meet the requirements of explosion temperature field testing and has certain application value.
