摘要:近年来,随着科技的飞速进步,交流永磁同步电机凭借其结构简单、体积小、运行可靠性高、调速范围宽等优点,在交流伺服电机中所处的地位越来越高,并广泛应用于机械加工、数控机床、航空航天和电力牵引等各大领域。同时,直接转矩控制也凭借其控制原理简洁明了,操作简单快捷,转矩响应性良好等优点成为近年来应用相当广泛的一种控制策略,也是继矢量控制技术之后最新发展起来的一种新型高性能交流电机调速技术。针对这一发展趋势,本次毕业设计着重研究了直接转矩控制技术应用在交流永磁同步电机上的控制效果,并在MATLAB平台上实现控制策略的仿真。在本篇论文中,则具体介绍了直接转矩控制的基本原理及其技术特点,还有交流永磁同步电机的工作原理、不同类别、转子结构及其在不同坐标系下的数学模型等。借助MATLAB软件,对交流永磁同步电机进行建模,并执行直接转矩控制的仿真,对仿真结果经过归纳和分析,最后得出结论。结果也进一步表明交流永磁同步电机的直接转矩控制将成为未来发展和研究的热点。39057

Direct torque control simulation on AC permanent magnet synchronous motor
Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid progress of science and technology, AC permanent magnet synchronous motor’s position is higher and higher in the AC servo motor because of its advantages, such as simple structure, small volume, high reliability, wide speed range and so on. And it is widely used in various fields, such as mechanical processing, CNC machine tools, aerospace and electric traction. At the same time, direct torque control has become a widely used control strategy because of its advantages, such as clear and concise control principle, simple and quick operation, and good torque response. It is also the latest developed kind of high performance AC motor speed control technology after the vector control technique. In response to this trend, this graduation design will focus on the control effect as direct torque control method applied in AC permanent magnet synchronous motor, and realize the control strategy simulation on MATLAB platform.In this thesis, the basic principle and technical characteristics of direct torque control, and the working principle, classification and rotor structure of AC permanent magnet synchronous motor and its mathematical model in different coordinates will be introduced concretely.With the aid of MATLAB software, AC permanent magnet synchronous motor is modeled, and the simulation of direct torque control is executed. Through summing up and analyzing the simulation results,the conclusion is drawn.Results further showed that direct torque control simulation on AC permanent magnet synchronous motor will be the hotspot of development and research in the future.
