摘要：智力竞赛抢答器是一个供参赛者获得答题权的一种设备。它能够清楚而精准的分辨出哪位选手最先按下抢答器，进而获得答题权。本设计围绕智力竞赛，设计出成本低廉、实用的抢答器，为社区、企业、学校、社会团体等组织提供廉价、方便的抢答器，对提高国人整体素质具有现实意义。本论文拟设计一个可以容纳几名选手的抢答器。设置一个系统清零和几个抢答开关S，系统清零开关由主持人控制，抢答开关由选手操控。抢答器具有锁存与显示功能,即选手按动按钮，锁存相应的编号，并将优先抢答选手的编号显示到数码管上，直到主持人将系统清零为止，然后依次抢答。40530

It can be clearly and accurately identify who the first press vies to answer first, and then get the answer right. This design around the quiz responder, designed low cost, practical, provided for the community, enterprises, schools, social groups of cheap, convenient responder, to improve the overall quality of Chinese people has practical significance. This thesis intends to design a can accommodate a few players responder. 第一章 引 言
如今电子学是一门应用很广泛的技术科学，发展及其迅速。要想学好这门技术，首先是基础理论的扎实系统的学习，然后要进行技术训练，进而培养我们理论联系实际的动手能力、设计电路的能力、实际操作的能力，以及培养正确处理数据、分析和综合实验结果、检查和排除故障的能力。同时也加深我们对电子产品的理解[1]。在进行智力竞赛抢答时，各位参赛者考虑好答案后都想抢先回答问题。但是在很小差别的抢答时间里，如果没有合适的设备，就很难分清他们的先后顺序，使主持人不能决定由谁先答题。为了使比赛能够顺利进行，需要有一个能判断抢答先后的设备来做一个公正的精准的裁判员，此设备就称之为智力竞赛抢答器[2]。
智力抢答器的设计和测试作为此次设计的项目，我们一般采用意义上的设计方案，即集成芯片构成电路。
数字电路具有很多的优点：
