摘要地铁作为城市交通的重要组成部分，因其快速、高效、便捷、环保等多方面优点受到人们青睐。为了保证地铁的安全运行，通常采用日检、月检、年检、架修、大修等方式文护地铁车辆，如何高效、有序实施地铁车辆文修，在提高文修质量的同时降低文修成本、缩短文修时间。18830
本文将项目管理的理念融入地铁车辆文修体系中，通过项目管理中的进度计划和进度控制等手段，探索地铁车辆文修管理的新模式。论文做了以下工作：
（1）阐述了地铁及地铁文修的发展情况，并介绍了项目管理的相关知识。
（2）以南京地铁车辆日检为实例进行案例分析。论证了项目管理在地铁车辆日检中的可行性与必要性，提出了实施地铁车辆日检项目管理的关键问题，并探究了项目管理中的组织结构、管理方式等。
（3）分析了地铁车辆日检进度管理的特点，分析了地铁车辆日检项目进度控制的主要制约因素及关键问题，对项目目标和范围的确定、工作分解和进度编制进行了探讨，并使用Project软件对项目进行了实例分析，提出进度管理的措施。

Title Metro Vehicle Maintenance Project Management And The Analysis of its Progress Control
Abstract
The subway is an important part of city traffic, because of its fast, convenient，efficient and environmental protection advantages favored by people in many aspects. In order to ensure the safe operation of the subway, usually uses the daily inspection and monthly inspection, annual inspection, repair, overhaul and maintenance of subway vehicle, in order to improve the quality of maintenance at the same time reduce the maintenance cost and shorten the maintenance time.
This article takes the concept of project management in metro vehicle maintenance system, through the progress of the project management plan and schedule control, explore the new mode of subway vehicle maintenance management. Paper made the following work:
Part I：Describes the development situation of subway and underground repair, and introduces the related knowledge of project management.
Part II：Taking Nanjing metro vehicles daily inspection as an example for case analysis. Demonstrates the feasibility of project management in metro vehicles daily inspection and the necessity, put forward the implementation of key problems of subway vehicles daily inspection of project management, and explores the project management organization structure, management mode.
Part III：Analysis of the characteristics of subway vehicle daily inspection schedule management, analysis of the subway vehicle daily inspection project progress control main restrictive factors and key problems, determining the goal and scope of the work breakdown and schedule are discussed and scheduling are discussed,and the project is analyzed using the software, the schedule management measures.
