PLC触摸屏的恒压供水监控系统设计

选择了组态软件WinCC Flexible,完成基于触摸屏的恒压供水系统的监控系统的设计。通过对WinCC Flexible、触摸屏和PLC之间的通信方法的研究,实现了上位机与下位机的通信

摘要:随着经济社会的快速发展,人们对供水质量和供水系统的可靠性提出了更高的要求。传统的方式,如恒速泵加压供水、高位水箱供水等,在不同程度上存在效率低,可靠性差,自动化程度不高的特点,难以满足当前生活的需要。而 PLC变频恒压供水系统,集变频技术、电子技术和其他现代控制技术于一体,可以显著提高供水系统的可靠性和稳定性,因而被广泛研究使用。
   根据供水系统对监控系统的实际要求,对比分析多种种组态软件,选择了组态软件WinCC Flexible,完成基于触摸屏的恒压供水系统的监控系统的设计。通过对WinCC Flexible、触摸屏和PLC之间的通信方法的研究,实现了上位机与下位机的通信,完成了监控系统的监测和故障报警等功能,提高了恒压供水系统的可靠性和系统运行的可视化。6818

The design of constant pressure water supply control system based on touch screen
Abstract:With the rapid development of social economy, people to the requirement of increasing the quality of water supply and water supply system reliability. Traditional way of water supply such as constant speed pump pressurized water supply, high water tank water supply generally exist in different degrees such as low efficiency, poor reliability, automation degree is not high, difficult to meet the needs of the current economic life. And PLC frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system sets frequency conversion technology, electrical technology and other modern control technologies at an organic whole, can significantly improve the reliability and stability of water supply system, has become today's mainstream.    
According to the water supply system for monitoring the system's actual requirements, comparative analysis of a variety of configuration software, select the configuration software WinCC Flexible, complete touch screen-based Water Supply Monitoring System. Through the study of WinCC Flexible, touch screen and the communication method between PLC, complete the upper and lower machine communication, realize the monitoring and fault alarm for the water supply system, improve the reliability of the system and the visualization of the system operation.
