摘要转子是机械系统的重要部件之一,它是旋转机械系统中最为重要的激振源,由于它的不平衡原因引起的机械振动会造成设备产生振动、噪声甚至部分零件的破坏,特别是对高速旋转的柔性转子,它所产生的机械振动会异常明显,由于转子不平衡而发生的故障大概占机械总故障的六成以上,它会减弱机械设备的工作能力并且减少仪器的工作时长,最坏的状况就是会造成旋转轴承的损坏,全部机组都会遭到破坏,工作人员的安全难以保障。跟着现今精密数控加工技术前进的步伐,高速转子在加工生产的过程中所发生的严重干扰到其加工精度的动平衡问题就显得格外的引人注目,动平衡设备的产生就能非常有效率的确保仪器工作时候的稳定与安全,经济因素和社会因素都能得到保障,因此它的发展有着重大的实际意义。动平衡可以分为以下两种:机上动平衡,现场动平衡。跟着当今社会科技的不断进步,现场动平衡仪根据它的方便性、性价比高、使用简单等优点广泛使用在社会及企业中。该设计认真的学习和研究了动平衡硬件,最终目的是能设计出一款便携的动平衡设备。46278
本文介绍了旋转设备中转子产生不平衡的原因,分类和如何对不平衡进行校准。我深度结合这次研究的动平衡硬件应该具备的功能性多样、准度高这些技术基础,并且综合市场上对次产品在形状、能耗、成本、易携带性和使用便捷性上的要求,对动平衡仪的系统选型与硬件选择进行了设计。硬件电路体现在两个层面,一是选择相应的核心部件如传感器、控制器、触摸屏等,二是对相应硬件电路进行设计。该设计结合了数字信号处理技术和现场动平衡技术,动平衡测试技术开发重点是数字化测量的软件设计取代了过去的硬件设计,通过软件可以实现振动信号的采集和分析处理,摆架振动幅值和相位的准确提取以及转子不平衡量信息的精确计算。动平衡的优点在设计中有以下几方面体现:功能相对较完善、数值计算准确、对信号能够进行高效的处理分析、有优秀的人机交互界面。
该课题最后对所设计的内容进行归纳总结,对进一步研究和提升有着指导性的意见。
