本次毕业设计轮是对3D打印逆向设计的研究，所谓产品逆向设计，一般来讲就是将某实物，可以包括产品实物和各种模型，通过三维扫描的方式转化成三维数字模型，并在其基础上加以创新的设计方法。根据现有的物品通过Mimics软件绘制到电脑中，在已知的物品中进行外观或功能的改进。总之，逆向设计方法以一种全新的方式来解读设计，使产品设计有了非常广阔的发展空间，是具有相当大的研究价值。
